th SUN was so biggg -.-
me & yingyi was asked to join th training with th C'div.
th MR.tay was torturing sia,
do layups, dribling. thn was asked to do 20suicide.
thn without break do ball passing, dribling and layups again.
dehydrated liao lehh.!
hell, whn i got home i have heatstroke liao!!
my muscles hurt!
thn i didnt care cux meet baby liao thn i nv take it seriously,
who knows it get worst.
thn i still go for taekwondo,, was almost asked to spar with a brown belt.
( he was transfered from other branch )
SIR know i sick thn i did not spar;
instead xinhui& sam spar with him.
